About the position

Lifelink Systems is building out its Product Marketing team to support our rapid growth. The Product Marketing team plays a crucial role driving product strategy, development, marketing, and go to marketing efforts.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Build and execute a go to market strategy for key use cases (messaging, positioning, target stakeholders)
  • Work with the Product team to translate sales prospect feedback and secondary market research into actionable product requirements
  • Engage senior industry leaders at the world’s top provider systems and pharmaceutical companies (e.g. CIOs, Chief Digital Officers) to refine our product direction
  • Develop financial ROI models to demonstrate and justify customer value from initial sale through Quarterly Business Review
  • Work with the Marketing team to deliver go to market assets (case studies, demos, podcasts, webinars)
  • Partner with sales teams as subject matter experts (e.g. lead demos, solution design) for specific Lifelink Systems use cases
  • Develop market/competitive intelligence to become the Lifelink Systems expert in your area of focus

Required skill set:

  • 3+ years work experience in a results-oriented, analytical role
  • Strong presentation experience and delivery, with an ability to distill complex themes into smart, memorable artifacts that change entrenched opinions
  • Strong project and organization skills with an ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
    • Financial modeling
    • Management consulting
    • Product marketing
    • Healthcare operations
  • BS/BA degree (or equivalent experience)

Other skills that will impress us:

  • Technical fluency (you might not code, but you can speak intelligently about APIs)
  • Prior experience shipping products and/or features in a SaaS company
  • Exposure to the digital healthcare industry (mobile, SaaS, AI/ML, RPA)

Remote (US-based)

Employees at Lifelink Systems have the option to work fully remotely. We do plan to reestablish our physical office spaces when appropriate, which will be located in Oakland, Denver, and additional geographic hubs as our team grows, and you will have the option to work from our corporate offices in the future. We miss morning vinyl and ping pong.
